1.About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and AirIt for using the AirIt app and website. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AirIt.
2.What AirIt is
AirIt is a marketplace that connects people who need a task done (customers) with people nearby who can do it (workers). Workers are independent and are not employed by AirIt. The agreement for each job is between the customer and the worker. [Confirm the platform's legal role.]
3.Your account
- You must be at least [18] years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One account can be used both to post tasks and to work. You can switch between the two at any time.
4.Posting tasks and sending offers
- Describe tasks honestly and don't post anything illegal, unsafe or offensive.
- Workers may match the customer's fare or send a different price. A job is agreed when the customer accepts an offer.
- Customers and workers should keep communication and payment inside AirIt.
5.Payments, fees and refunds
- Customers pay in the app by UPI, card or net banking when they hire.
- Payment is held and released to the worker once the customer confirms the job is done.

6.Verification and badges
Badges such as Verified, Student and Exemplary help people decide who to hire. Verification confirms identity at a point in time; it does not guarantee the quality of any work. Always use your own judgement.
7.AirIt AI
AirIt AI can draft tasks, suggest prices and answer questions about your jobs. Suggestions may not always be accurate. AirIt AI never posts or cancels a task without your confirmation, and you are responsible for what you post.
8.Acceptable use
- Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination and threats are not allowed.
- Don't misuse the app, try to access other people's accounts, or post false reviews.
- Follow the law and any safety rules that apply to the work you do.
9.Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
10.Liability

11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kochi, Kerala will have jurisdiction. [Confirm with counsel.]
