A few simple habits keep every job smooth, whether you're hiring or working.

When you hire

  • Pick with confidence

    Compare offers, read reviews and look for the Verified badge before you hire.

  • Keep it in AirIt

    Chat and pay inside the app so there's a record of what was agreed.

  • Confirm only when it's done

    Your payment is released when you confirm. If something isn't right, don't confirm. Tell us first.

  • Rate honestly

    Reviews help your neighbours hire well and help good workers get noticed.

When you work

  • Ask before you offer

    Use public questions to clear up details, so your price matches the real job.

  • Get paid through AirIt

    Payments made in the app are tracked and protected. Be wary of anyone who asks to pay or be paid outside AirIt.

  • Share where you're going

    Before visiting a new customer, let someone you trust know where you'll be.

  • Walk away if it feels wrong

    You can decline any job. Your safety comes before any task.

Your account

How to delete your AirIt account.

You can permanently delete your account from the app at any time. It takes less than a minute.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile
  • Tasks you've posted
  • Offers you've sent or received
  • Chats
  • Reviews

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as payment records.

  1. 1Open your profileTap your photo or the Profile tab in the AirIt app.
  2. 2Go to Settings, then ManageManage holds your account controls, including sign out.
  3. 3Tap Delete accountRead what will be removed, then tap “Delete permanently” to confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email support@airit.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my AirIt account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete your account and data.
